You will be expected to cover throughout Highlands & Islands.
You will be reporting directly to a Locality Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring, within your Service(s), that VSS’s local service development and delivery plan is being implemented within your geographical area(s).
You will have operational responsibility for ensuring our community-based home support workers across North Lanarkshire deliver a high standard of responsive and proactive care to service users and their families.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
You will take ownership of your own client portfolio while supporting more senior colleagues on complex matters and specialist assignments.
