You will be required to work on a rota flexibly to include weekends and bank holidays. The role includes providing personal care and the administration of medication and you will develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
You will need to fulfil the role of registered manager with the CQC for this service and meet the expectations of the local authority commissioners and the contract that unpins the service which holds a 'Good' rating with the Care and Quality Commission.
