You will be the first point of contact for patients calling in with a variety of inquiries, ranging from booking sight tests to scheduling refractive treatments.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive outstanding service, making their experience as smooth and positive as possible.
You will work closely with engineers to make sure releases and product launches run smoothly and meet the requirements of the Product.
You will lead on working with both business and technical colleagues to diagnose live issues, identify appropriate fixes and align with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to prioritise any urgent fixes.
You will accurately and systematically complete complex fault diagnosis and carryout technical preparation and maintenance, repair or replace parts and carry out final checks to manufacturers after sales service specification.
You must produce evidence in original form at time of interview.
You will play a key role in supporting tenants to maintain their independence while coordinating support services and health and safety arrangements within the complex.
You should be confident managing competing priorities and working independently as well as being empathetic, professional and tenant focused.
