You will be based within a supported accommodation with support and housing duties to oversee day to day.
You will have a level of responsibility to manage rotas and staffing needs as they may arise.
You will work with the Service Manager and Support Workers to ensure individual support is delivered as outlined in personal plans.
You will need strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create high-quality support plans. A strong work ethic, a sense of duty and the ability to contribute positively to a team are also essential. Our services offer full-time contracts of 37.5 hours per week or part-time contracts with a minimum of 15 hours per week, worked on a flexible rota.
You will ensure a high standard of quality of life for the people supported working in collaboration with the women receiving a service as well as in partnership with agencies involved in the woman’s support and care planning.
You will have excellent line management support and development from a CQC registered manager.
