You will work closely with each individual, tailoring support to their unique needs and aspirations. About Awel Y Mor: Situated near the charming Saundersfoot harbour, Awel y Mor is a welcoming home for up to three adults aged 18 and over. This spacious residence features three double bedrooms, communal lounges, a modern kitchen, and a tranquil landscaped garden.

You will be provided training to ensure you are in a confident position to support the young people. This will be provided from both Teaching Personnel and the school. You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

You will be required to work with groups of pupils across Key Stages, supporting within the classroom with day to day activities helping the class teacher. We have full time and part time positions available, working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
