You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support.
You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to both staff and our supported individuals.
You will provide high-quality care, promote independence and daily living skills, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records. The role involves supporting children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and those who may present challenging behaviours, while ensuring safeguarding, safety, and positive routines.
You will be provided training to ensure you are in a confident position to support the young people. This will be provided from both Teaching Personnel and the school.
