You will need to be a proactive veterinary surgeon with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for surgery as well as being able to provide consultation services for our clients and their pets. You will help learners build practical skills, promote safe working practices, contribute to session planning, and monitor and record their progress.

You should have practical construction or engineering experience, relate well to young people and support their individual learning needs.

You will navigate complex financial markets, manage risk, ensure compliance, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).

You will ideally have relevant experience of leading and developing teams within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.

You will be an effective and strong leader with the passion and commitment to making a difference - Have experience of dealing with support plans and risk assessments and have up to date knowledge of CQC guidelines
