You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
You will be supported by our expert Clinical team, giving you plenty of exposure to mentoring and coaching with opportunities for continuing professional development, training, and career progression.
You will also gain experience being part of an in-house occupational health team where you can help shape the team, culture and ways of working.
You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.
You will need to have a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning and staff management/development.
You will be IT literate and able to undertake some administration duties.
