You will also liaise with suppliers and internal teams to generate accurate quotations. Candidates will ideally have experience working in an engineering environment, ideally having worked with electrical control systems, valves, pumps, motors or pipework. This role is available on a permanent contract.
You will manage internal and external suppliers for properties and parts and provide in depth technical knowledge and guidance, to support the DCSV objectives and technical development, delivering on time and within budget.
You will be involved in creating and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, providing end-user support and training, and collaborating with suppliers and colleagues. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will utilise strong commercial acumen, contract management expertise, and supply chain experience to drive efficiencies, manage risk, and ensure robust commercial governance across high-value contracts. The role is based on client site in Tamworth (4 days per week on-site).
You will need some electrical and controls knowledge, but the instrument side is key and being able to understand things that are measured in the plant through various instruments, such as the flow, temperature, pressure and mass for example.
