You will work closely with suppliers, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues, drive improvements and support the wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Support suppliers with developing and improving manufacturing processes - Ensure supplied products meet all technical and quality requirements

You will arrange and oversee production trials, ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and compliant with food safety requirements.

You will coordinate trial follow-ups, product sampling, and lessons learned, and work closely with Technical and Production teams to develop product specifications and support accurate set-up within the business ERP system.

You will take responsibility for developing a warm and established customer base, where there is significant opportunity to upsell, cross-sell and expand share of wallet, alongside a clear remit to win new business. Typical deal values range from £10k£100k, with regular opportunities at £500k£1m level, supported by a large and experienced service and installation team.
