You will join a well-established multidisciplinary team covering localities in North Tyneside area.

You will also have support of administrative staff.

You will also provide support and consultative advice to the clinicians in the service, supervision and support to junior doctors as well as visiting medical students on an ad-hoc basis.

You will join a small but strong team consisting of two Advanced Practitioners who collectively have lead responsibility in the following areas: Signs of Safety Practice Development Delivery of training Supervision practice development

You will always act in the best interests for all involved, promoting engaging and creative marketing initiatives, guiding and coaching colleagues to actively pursue training and development and undertaking the same for your own professional and personal growth journey.

You will be expected to work as part of a dynamic nursing team, delivering all aspects of care to patients and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential. This post will be rotational between day/night shift and cover seven days a week.
