You will work as part of an integrated partnership, delivering high-quality, consistent interventions in line with national and local standards. You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality outcomes for service users, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.

You will be an experienced supervisor or manager with a strong background in housing support, social care or a similar regulated environment.
