You will be working with an experienced team and in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible. The ideal Supervising Social Worker will have Fostering & therapeutic practice experience, preferably within the private sector as this organisation has a strong therapeutic approach to practice (trauma-informed model).
You must already have the right to work in the UK.
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or other local authority, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
