You will be responsible for driving specification and conversion on a project-by-project basis across hospitality led developments, working closely with architects, interior designers, design and build partners, contractors and hospitality end user clients. The position is predominantly field based across Central London, with regular access to an exceptional Clerkenwell showroom space.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills with front of house/reception experience gained from a professional office setting. Have a talent for organisation and being able to manage priorities in a busy and demanding environment. Also have a can-do attitude, with ability to pull together within this welcoming, inclusive and collaborative team.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical CAD drawings in SolidWorks, supporting project delivery against deadlines and budgets, managing client expectations, and ensuring build quality through supplier coordination and site involvement.

You will be responsible for driving specification, protecting margin, and converting projects across hospitality led and design driven commercial developments.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a visible brand ambassador within the London design community, while working closely with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, delivery, and commercial success.

Manage the day-to-day running of the Clerkenwell showroom to ensure it is always immaculate, inspiring and on brand.
