You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential. This post is offered as a job share, working 14.5 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays, term time plus two additional days.
You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have very complex emotional and behavioural needs. These students often come from traumatic backgrounds and are disengaged with mainstream education.
