You will also manage confidential matters with the Bursars office, co-ordinate the diary and meetings, and produce high-quality correspondence and documentation. Additionally, you will: - Produce bills, invoices, statements and reports, - Manage direct debits, bursaries, fees in advance and concessions

You will have sales targets to meet and reservations and legal completions will need to be achieved within set timescales. The role involves regular liaison with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, Solicitors, and estate agents.

You will be working in a close‐knit finance function and report into the Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to have autonomy in your daily duties and add real value to a business. Due to the location your own transport is advisable. The role is available on 4 days per week (or 5 shorter days).
