You will be a passionate and customer focused candidate with experience of working within a busy Customer Care or Customer Service Centre environment. Experience within a social care setting would be preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be given a full Induction and relevant training aligned to your role and ongoing development.
You will be working remotely but as part of the wider Sable Guardian team ensuring that service delivery standards and SLAs are consistently met. This is a flexible, part-time position suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and supporting young people in an educational environment.
You will be taking enquiries and placing them with the relevant lenders from a panel, assisting the administration team whilst ensuring there is a smooth process for each completion.
