You will support the General Manager to deliver improved service, safety, and sales performance, effectively manage your budget and costs, and create an inclusive environment where both our students and our people can thrive.
You will be at the forefront of handling all welfare concerns, providing essential one-on-one pastoral support, and managing cases for a diverse range of students, including those with health and SEND requirements. A key part of the job is creating and monitoring support plans and ensuring the safeguarding of all students in line with policy.
