You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with no weekend work, alongside an experienced team in a well-equipped workshop. Training is provided, and the business is committed to developing its people over the long term.

You will be involved in: Carrying out mechanical maintenance, repair and overhaul work on plant equipment

You will be an integral part of a team that focuses on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to Level 2 standards - Read, analyse, and interpret technical procedures and engineering drawings

You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, from site-based teams to architects and clients, and will be able to manage client demands & expectations. Can you work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail?

You will have a disciplined approach to quality assurance and a head for figures.

You will provide advice to clients and will take responsibility for managing and cultivating client relationships and securing new work.

You should be able to lead, or demonstrate the competency to lead, a team of less experienced staff as you may have line management responsibility.
