You will report to the Shop Manager and sit within our Retail team.
You will be provided with full training and qualified appointments in your designated postcode area. Commission only on target earnings of 66k.
You will be providing a great deal of companionship and support to our customers, which will include helping them with daily living activities, such as making drinks, cooking, food shopping, helping with personal hygiene, administrating medication, tidying around the home and helping with pets.
You will get paid to train starting at £11.70 per hour. We will also pay for all of your training costs, worth around £4,000. Your typical annualized earnings will be £27,000 once you become a qualified bus driver.
You should be educated to (3-5 passes) OR work experience deemed to have brought the post-holder to a comparable level.
