You will act as the commercial lead for the business, ensuring strong cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance across all contracts.
You will create tooling plans, inspection requirements, routings, workholding and process documentation to support controlled, efficient and compliant production. A key responsibility is improving workflows, equipment layouts and overall manufacturing efficiency, while ensuring the lowest possible cost without compromising quality.
You will deliver against prescription sales targets and market share objectives for the Mead Johnson nutrition portfolio at Reckitt, in an increasingly competitive market and an ever-changing NHS environment.
You will be rewarded in line with Reckitt's pay for performance philosophy.
You should have a good mix tax understanding specifically VAT, CGT, IT and CT.
You will have a strong grounding in tax compliance and advisory having exposure to enquiries and disclosures.
You should be personable and can demonstrate a high level of competency, developing and leveraging long term client relationships.
You will manage end‑to‑end project performance—scope, compliance, programme, cost, quality, and client satisfaction—ensuring all fire door activities meet statutory, regulatory and third‑party accreditation standards.
You will be joining diverse teams working at a high professional level with exceptional levels of commitment.
You will work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the Service Manager, with a particular focus on day-to-day management of nursing/midwifery services across their areas of responsibility.
You will be responsible for ensuring provision of high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost-effective services which support the Trust in delivering its strategic objectives.
You will oversee behaviour strategies, lead personalised interventions, support de-escalation and model consistent, relational practice to help pupils re-engage with learning.
You will contribute to safeguarding and provide guidance and training to staff, helping maintain a safe, structured and inclusive environment where young people can make meaningful progress.
