You will be joining a dynamic and flexible team who currently operate a hybrid working model of home-working and office-based working at the Civic Centre in Motherwell.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work. North Lanarkshire Council has reached its current allocation of Certificates of Sponsorship and, as a result, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You will lead senior client relationships, personally write and pitch content, secure high-value coverage, manage retainers and budgets, contribute to new business activity and mentor junior team members, ensuring consistently high standards across all accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute tailored, multi-channel B2B PR programmes aligned to client commercial goals.

You will develop strategic communication plans and lead a team of communications professionals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the housing sector, strong writing skills, and a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
