You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.
You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety, and managing all store functions, including the café. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and retail experience. Attractive perks include a management bonus and flexible working hours.

You must be experienced and passionate about delivering delicious food, prepared to train on the woks, assisting and supervising the back‐of‐house teams as required.
You will be the face of the store, assisting the manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting teamwork to achieve exceptional results in food quality, sales, and profitability.
You will work 5 days out of 7, with a fixed Saturday as your rest day. While the shift pattern is variable, some working days will require you to cover the handover period (11:00 to 19:30) to ensure a smooth transition with the Night Shift team. Salary: £28,000 per year
