You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team and support general site operations. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and have proven experience as a steel fixer. Full PPE is required, along with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
You should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of vehicles, trailers, workshop plant, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.
You will lead major retail relationships while delivering strong commercial performance and contributing significantly to annual revenue. Working across the full supply chain, you will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, technical, and finance teams to optimise performance, enhance forecasting and pricing accuracy, and support category expansion into other emerging areas.
