You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while managing a range of commercial gas appliances. While the role primarily covers London and the South, national coverage may be required for sickness or holiday cover.

You will be working across commercial sites, mainly office buildings carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on air conditioning and/or chiller systems. The role offers a stable workload, strong support, and forward-planned scheduling wherever possible.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements. All works will be logged using the CAFM system and electronic logbooks. Candidates must hold a clean UK driving licence and be able to successfully pass a basic DBS check.
