You will lead the process of securing technical approvals, efficiently resolving design queries, and providing innovative solutions to any complex construction challenges that arise.
You will also ensure that all technical details integrate seamlessly with construction methodologies, promoting best practices in buildability and sustainability.
You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with property professionals — particularly sales and lettings consultants — and be instrumental in building strategic partnerships that deliver ongoing value. This role is for someone who is already trusted in the industry, understands the luxury property landscape, and has a network of contacts to bring to the table.
You will work closely with management and production teams to maintain high-quality processes, conduct audits, and support staff training. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is engaging, influential, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily QA walkarounds, checking for hazards, hygiene standards, cleaning, and compliance with site procedures.
You will provide technical support to the technical department to maintain safety, quality and legality of the products. You’re not the type who is afraid of challenges.

You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repair and fault finding on large state of the art, electrical based vehicles. Take overall responsibility of vehicle examinations in line with vehicle maintenance instructions (VMI's). Undertake all types of maintenance examination work to ensure that we provide a safe, reliable, and defect free unit.
