You will manage a caseload of care leavers, providing statutory support in line with legislation and guidance. This includes coordinating and completing Pathway Plans, advocating for young people, and ensuring they are supported with accommodation, education, employment, health, and emotional wellbeing.

You will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant with senior‐level experience in NHS or complex health and social care environments.
