You will be fully supported by the Operations Manager, having the opportunity to learn every detail of how the business operates to ensure they continually deliver high quality activities and childcare to school age children. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supervising an After School Club or Breakfast Club daily and you will work in Holiday Clubs during the school holidays.
You will act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Fernox Customers and the External Sales team.
You will be handling of orders from the point of order to stock allocation, dispatch and delivery.
You will be entering customer orders, monitoring delivery in collaboration with the logistics team, processing returns and raising credit notes.
