You will join a highly skilled engineering team and be responsible for enabling design intent into a functioning production system—ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
You will partner directly with clients from concept and feasibility through to detailed design, while providing technical leadership, governance, and sign-off across engineering outputs. This is a client-facing role requiring strong process engineering expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for sustainability and decarbonisation in industrial environments.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
