You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, contribute to service development, and act as a resource for multidisciplinary teams. Experience in videofluoroscopy and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) is highly desirable.

You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Slough. Pay rate ranging between £22 - £28 P/H per hour depending on experience. The SLT we are looking for will have previously worked with adults as a post-graduate therapist. They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter.
You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
You will work in a nurturing, inclusive, and collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs), Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and specialist teachers.
You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
