You will work in a nurturing, inclusive, and collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs), Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and specialist teachers.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning activities, support communication, behaviour and help pupils access the curriculum. Duties include providing 1:1 and small-group support, fostering positive behaviour, assisting with personal care and transitions and contributing to a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
