You will lead the planning, procurement, delivery, and financial management of capital projects from inception to completion. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, you will safeguard value for money and support the organisation's strategic goals in maintaining and improving its property portfolio.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, sales and risk, contributing to consistent credit quality and efficient deal execution.
