You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of a designated portfolio, including inspections, check-ins, check-outs, maintenance coordination and tenant relations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and has experience managing multiple sites.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or licensed conveyancers who has demonstrated experience of working in a busy residential conveyancing team with the ability to independently manage their own caseload. A dedication to providing exceptional client care, a positive, "can-do" attitude and exceptional communication skills are essential.

You will overtime be expected to use your own instincts to make it your own and further enhance and develop your sales prospecting skill set.
