You will manage all aspects of our homestay programme including creating and implementing recruitment plans and marketing campaigns, analysing data to maximize ROI, onboarding & coaching of recruiters, telemarketing and database optimization and providing service to our students & community of hosts.

You will deliver PMO activities to support the development and achievement of the Trust's annual Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) for Adult Social Services.
