You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.

You will plan and coordinate machines and changeovers, monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage stock control for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring everything is in place to meet production schedules.

You will also lead and support the production team on the shop floor.

You will have excellent senior operational knowledge within an Estates environment or similar, and significant experience of working with multiple stakeholders to develop Estates services, maintain high levels of performance and achieve legislative compliance.

You will take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role provides additional capacity during a busy period and requires someone who can integrate quickly and support the wider team.
