You will ensure that all corporate transactions, investments, and developments are legally robust, commercially sound, and risk-managed, while also supporting the Chief Officer in areas linked to the capital programme and strategic corporate projects.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will be part of a team delivering tailored professional advice to landowners, with a strong focus on client representation in relation to large scale utilities and renewables projects. The successful candidate will be experienced in this type of work and have strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to build good working relationships and a desire to drive the business forward.

You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and provide relevant accurate sales information when requested. Key Duties Will Include: - Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in a professional manner. - Providing advice to customers regarding the purchase of a holiday home.

You will conduct routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimise downtime and optimise performance. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems

You will work as part of a project team on assigned projects, while also contributing to technical design reviews to ensure systems are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

You will participate in an on-call rota system one weekend in every six. Qualifications/ Experience Required

You will have relevant electrical engineering qualifications and/or experience and be able to demonstrate that you can work on; - Electrical, electronic, communications and control equipment,

You will provide coordination support for facilities management services on the FedEx UK account.

You will aim to resolve any queries at first attempt or escalate to the helpdesk supervisor.

You will become a systems expert in Navison which you will use to log and track job requests through.

You will support business growth by expanding our client base, developing new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing customers all while ensuring projects are secured on a profitable and sustainable basis.

You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.

You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.

You will be expected to cover all Shetland Islands and throughout the Highlands and Islands locality.

You will be expected to carry a small case load.
