You will work as a Learning Support Assistant within the classroom, playing a key role in the social, emotional and academic development of every pupil.

You will experience various cognitive behaviours and utilise engagement methods, such as restorative practices promoted by therapists and psychologists, to support the pupils.

You will provide expert professional guidance to colleagues, ensuring that pupils with additional needs benefit from high-quality teaching, effective interventions and a consistent, graduated approach to support.

You will join a highly committed and experienced team who are passionate about transforming the lives of vulnerable pupils.

You will be employed by Publica Group Ltd which was created by four partner Councils (West Oxfordshire District Council, Cotswold District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Forest of Dean District Council) to deliver more efficient and improved services.

You must be above the school-leaver age in your country If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
