You will work under the guidance of the class teacher Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCo), providing one-on-one and small group support in the classroom.

You will also help create and implement individualised learning plans for students, ensuring that they are able to engage fully with their education.

You will need a minimum of 3 months child-based experience, and an enthusiastic attitude to help support students, and experience from the care field is also advantageous.

You will also be expected to help the teacher in preparing the classroom for lessons.

You will need to be flexible between the working times of 08:30am – 15:30pm and be able to get stuck in with the schooling life, ensuring all pupils are engaged in their learning.
