Special Needs Teacher jobs in Lancing

You will act as a positive role model at all times and develop and maintain high standards for teaching and learning within the department. A key aspect of this role is safeguarding, where you will exemplify best practices to ensure the welfare of all children and young people.

You will work with students aged 11–16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, supporting them to re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally. This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and the power of strong relationships to transform lives.

You will focus on the operational side of our AI app development, bridging the gap between experimentation and live production environments. Working directly with our Cloud Architects, you’ll build and operationalise applications for various functions within the Club. This role will productionise a broad range of AI applications from football to commercial.
