You will accompany X with members of his family to attend medical appointments as required as well as family outings.

Support worker needed for a woman with a spinal cord injury in Uckfield, assisting with respiratory care, catheter management, and mobility.

You will also be assisting with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required, and have a responsibility to report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.

You will:Provide individualised care and learning support to students, acting as a Pupil Champion for their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
