You will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, providing in-class support, delivering small-group interventions, and offering emotional and behavioural guidance where needed.
You will collaborate with teaching staff and the SEN department to ensure each student receives tailored support.
You will engage service users in meaningful activities, promote independence through a learning-based approach, and ensure they have a positive and fulfilling experience while attending the centre.
You must be able to provide 5 years of references and have all mandatory training in date, or be willing to complete this prior to starting.
You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.
You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.
