You will lead and deliver the local authority service responsible for the identification, analysis, case management and review of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who are at risk of, or currently involved in, appeals with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST).
You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring that every child is included and able to achieve their full potential. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy liasing with parents, colleagues, members of allied agencies and of course the pupils.
