You will need to possess a degree in Nursing and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with current/recent clinical experience gained within the health/social care sector.
You will also need to have some experience of teaching or training.
You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
You will support pupils access to the curriculum by preparing differentiated resources, delivering structured teaching sessions, and adapting approaches to meet individual needs. The role includes working 1:1 and with small groups, supporting communication (including alternative and augmentative communication), managing behaviour positively, and tracking pupil progress.
