You will support the class teacher in managing the classroom environment, assisting with learning activities and providing direct support to pupils. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for working with children.
You will be working alongside the teachers and other teaching assistants to support children in their attainment and progress.
You will need to support children's learning up to GCSE level, be adaptable accordingly to the needs of the individual children, and make observations and carry out sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.
You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes peg feeds, seizure management, non‐invasive ventilation, daily suctioning and medication administration.
You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings.
