You will mainly be working on the highly specialised male ASD wards. In this role you will assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme according to service users diagnosis and identified needs.

You will be an integral member of the Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and OT department.

You will be an integral part of a large, well established MDT with extensive experience to draw from.

You will serve as a vital link between our Field Department and Technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution by creating performance reports and collaborating with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.

You will have opportunities to lead and influence service development and support the professional development of other staff and OT students.

You will work closely with and be supported by the leadership team. Main duties of the job

You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.
