You will also be responsible for but not limited to; - Managing the strategic land acquisition process ensuring the effective compliance, control, and deployment of all available long term land opportunities. - Souring and securing land effectively via the development of agent contacts, planning leads, methods of formal and informal tender and 'off market' land procurement.
You will work with the Engineers/Engineering Manager to develop technical agreements during technical/commercial build stages.
You will maintain the company and technical project bonds and sectional agreement trackers and report on outstanding bonds and overrun costs. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
