You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation. You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).
