You will be working within a multi-disciplined delivery team with responsibility across the full Engineering Lifecycle, from requirements capture to final delivery.
You will work closely with Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Systems and Safety engineering leads to solve real integration problems on test systems.
You will ensure the team is set up to accept, prioritize and deliver work for multiple products/projects and deliver to client’s standards with enduring quality. Your responsibilities:
You will set and communicate a compelling software technology vision and strategy aligned with Optos’ business objectives as well as bring extensive technical leadership and management experience from software environments—ideally medical devices, instrumentation, or regulated domains.
You will design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, provide tailored onboarding support for new Clients, and contribute to the continuous development of LawWare's online training resources. Working closely with the Client Success, Development, and Support teams, you'll ensure every Client receives a first-class learning experience.
You will implement new features and be responsible for enhancing the performance, stability, capacity, and capability of the tools, while contributing to the development and maintenance of PDKs.
