You will be joining our team working on the cutting-edge Dreadnought-class Submarine, where safety and operational excellence are paramount.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defence, in-service Submariners, and key industry partners such as Babcock, Integrated Logistics Support, and trainers.

You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.

You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the young people we support.

You will join an established team tasked with the delivery and assurance of maintenance derivation work, maintenance task assessment, level of repair analysis and maintenance tasks instructions. Your role involves collaboration with a range of Internal and External stakeholders including industry partners across a number of Submarine programmes.

You will be required to work on a rota flexibly to include weekends and bank holidays. The role includes providing personal care and the administration of medication and you will develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.

You will have a can-do approach with the acknowledgement of positive behaviour support to ensure all service users can enjoy the highest quality of life and promote independence.
