You will resolve technical issues, document cases, and collaborate with global software teams on ongoing projects. The role requires Java development experience, Oracle DB knowledge, and a readiness for 24/7 on-call duties. Travel to client sites may be required as part of project delivery.
You will receive incidents for local customers, as well as handle remote cases as part of our continuous global coverage support model. Please note that this position is part of a 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM GMT onsite coverage rotation. However, schedule adjustments may be necessary to provide customer support for occasional overnight and weekend shifts.
You will gain exposure to reporting systems, development and have a hand in improving and enhancing future builds while performing a 2nd line support role.
